Who am I?
I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, trained in both New York and Paris. I work with adults in a supportive and compassionate environment grounded in unconditional positive regard , authenticity and collaboration.
I hold two Master’s degrees in psychology, from The New School for Social Research (New York) and Paris Nanterre University, as well as a certificate in Gender and Sexuality Studies. I specialize in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), an approach that belongs to the “third wave” of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT). ACT focuses on the relationship we maintain with our thoughts and feelings, and on our ability to build a life that is more aligned with what truly matters to us. This approach has been extensively researched and has shown its effectiveness for a wide range of difficulties: emotional distress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, grief and life transitions, and depression.
I have lived, worked, and studied abroad for nearly ten years (London, New York, Sydney), and I am very familiar with the challenges of adapting to new cultures, as well as the realities of professional and corporate life.
My approach is collaborative: we work together, at your own pace, starting from your lived experience. The aim is to help you cultivate greater psychological flexibility, inner freedom, and a deeper sense of meaning in your daily life.
I welcome you to my office located in the Marais district (Paris 3ᵉ), in central Paris. I offer therapy in both English and French.
My academic journey has led me to conduct research on parent–child attachment and the relationship to bodily sensations, within the Center for Attachment Research at The New School in New York, and later as part of my clinical psychology Master’s program at Paris Nanterre University.
I also hold a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School’s Grande École program and worked in consumer and user research in London and New York before returning to university to study psychology in New York and later in Paris.
