🌿    Procrastination

It is common to procrastinate at certain moments in life. Procrastination is not a sign of laziness. It can sometimes be linked to high self-demands, perfectionism, or difficulties in dealing with certain emotions.

When it becomes frequent, it can have a real impact on daily life: work, administrative tasks, relationships, or a broader sense of moving forward with difficulty.

Over time, this can create a cycle in which it becomes increasingly hard to take action, even when the importance of the task is clear.

Therapeutic support can help you better understand what is happening in these moments, gradually step out of this cycle, and regain a more flexible and sustainable ability to act in line with what truly matters to you.
