Stress and worry are a natural part of life. They appear at different moments and can sometimes be helpful in adapting to challenging situations.

However, they can become so frequent or intense that they feel difficult to manage in everyday life.

You may then feel overwhelmed by your thoughts or emotions, withdraw from situations, avoid certain activities, or constantly seek reassurance.  These coping strategies that may help in the short term can also over time gradually narrow your life and reduce your sense of freedom.

In this context, ACT offers support in learning to relate differently to these internal experiences, without trying to control or avoid them, and in gradually regaining a sense of freedom in your actions.

The goal is to help you reconnect with what truly matters to you, even in the presence of anxiety or stress.
